Butte, MT

-Go up the hill to see “The Con” copper mine and walk around

-Visit the World Museum of Mining

-Go to Berkeley Pit ($2 per person, hours: 9am-5pm)

 

Yellowstone National Park (North Entrance)

-Enter the park ($35 per vehicle recommended to get America the Beautiful)

 

Mammoth Hot Springs

-Drive around the Upper Terrance loop

Day 4

Old Faithful and Hotel

-As a finally to the day, watch Old Faithful erupt

Old Faithful and Upper Geyser Basin

-Walk around Geyser Hill and begin to head up the boardwalk towards Morning Glory Pool and up until Mirror Pool, on the right side. Watch for erupting Geysers

-On the way back, walk and go around Daisy Geyser and back down to Castle Geyser, then head back to Geyser hill for a finally to Yellowstone park

 

Great Teton National Park

-Enter the park ($30 per vehicle)

-Drive through and look through the Willow Flat Valley for animals (animals are more active in dawn and dusk)

-Drive up to Signal Mountain

-See Mormon Row

-See Oxbow Bend and Schwabacher’s Landing

Day 5

Jackson Hole, WY

-Explore the town: visit the park with the Elk Antler Arcs, Funhouse, and more
